Each October the MSBA conducts a 3-day conference that is the largest gathering of public school policymakers in Missouri.

Celynda's presentation titled, "Mediation, Arbitration, and Fact-Finding: How Should School Districts Resolve Disagreements with Unions?" discussed the pros and cons of seeking assistance outside the district to settle disputes with employees or to reach an agreement on a collectively bargained contract.
