Pete’s recently published article “Post-Conference Potpourri: Answers to Additional Wage-Hour Questions” appears in May/June 2006 MoASBO Journal, Vol. 53 No. 5. It contains an insightful discussion of the answers to various wage and hour questions, one of the hottest areas of education law and general employment law in recent years.
