Celynda L. Brasher is a founding Shareholder of the firm. She practices education, labor and employment law. She represents school districts in employment and termination matters, student rights and discipline, special education, school finance, civil rights, contracts, church/state issues, and Hancock Amendment issues. She represents public and private employers in discrimination defense, collective bargaining, union organization, unemployment compensation, wage/hour compliance, and terminations. Celynda has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
