Daniel J. Rhoads focuses his practice on employment litigation and school law. He represents both public school districts and private businesses in employment disputes. His education-law practice entails not only representing school districts in legal and administrative proceedings but also advising school officials on legal compliance. Dan is particulary interested in the Family & Medical Leave Act and its interaction with other federal and state laws and in Constitutional law, especially as it applies to public school districts.
Before joining Tueth Keeney, Dan gained experience by trying civil cases in the associate circuit courts of St. Louis, which included a favorable verdict in the case Fox v. Anheuser-Busch. With Tueth Keeney, Dan has kept his courtroom skills sharp by making frequent appearances and arguing motions, including a successful oral argument for summary judgment in the case Hollman v.
