Jared A. Giuffre practices primarily in the areas of school law, school litigation, and labor and employment law. He represents school districts throughout Illinois with respect to employment and termination matters, student discipline and student rights, civil rights, and church/state issues. Jared also represents school districts in student and employment matters before various courts and administrative agencies. While in law school, Jared worked as a legal intern and Assistant Investigator for the Eaton County Prosecutor’s Office in Charlotte Michigan.  Following his graduation and prior to joining the Firm, Jared worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Winnebago County representing minors in Juvenile Delinquency proceedings.
