Michael J. Curry practices primarily in the areas of school law, school litigation, and labor and employment law. He represents school districts throughout Missouri with respect to employment and termination matters, Section 504, student discipline and student rights, civil rights, and church/state issues. Michael also represents school districts in student and employment matters before various courts and administrative agencies, including the EEOC, Missouri Commission on Human Rights, and the Office for Civil Rights. Prior to joining the Firm, Michael served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Roy L. Richter on the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District from 2008 to 2011. Michael also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Gary Oxenhandler, who sits on the Circuit Court for Boone County, Missouri, while he was in law school, and was a Legal Intern for the Office of the Prosecutor in St. Charles County, Missouri, as well.
