2011 Back to School Education Law Seminar
Implementing the Education Reform Act: practical advice for school administrators
The 2011 Education Reform Act has substantially altered the legal environment for Illinois public schools, from tenure and evaluation to reduction in force and dismissal. As with any reform, the rules of the game have changed. Changing rules increase the stakes for Superintendents, Principals, and other key District Administrators.
To assist your District in meeting the challenges of this Act, members of the TUETH KEENEY education law team will provide a no-cost legal training seminar, specifically addressing practical issues involved in implenting the 2011 Education Reform Act and dealing with its ramifications. This Seminar will focus on the positive changes this Act will have on public education. More importantly, this Seminar will focus on how the game has changed for Illinois public education administrators and avoiding possible pitfalls.
As always, there is no cost to attend our legal seminars. A complimentary continental breakfast is included, along with complimentary lunch following the seminar. For more information or to register, call us at (618) 692-4120.
