Missouri School Boards Association Announces Partnership with Tueth Keeney to Provide Collective Bargaining & Labor Relations Assistance

The Missouri School Boards Association (MSBA) has announced a partnership with Tueth Keeney to provide Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining assistance to the MSBA'S member school districts.

Under the program, Tueth Keeney and the MSBA have developed a three-pronged approach to educate and empower MSBA member school districts to engage in successful collective bargaining with employee groups. First, comprehensive training programs and workshops, staffed by Tueth Keeney attorneys and MSBA personnel, are being offered at various locations throughout the state of Missouri for administrators and board members of MSBA member school districts. Second, a labor library with training materials, guidance, checklists, and statistical information has been developed by attorneys at Tueth Keeney and the MSBA for use in collective bargaining by MSBA member school districts.  Third, Tueth Keeney will offer direct assistance to individual member school districts facing union organizing campaigns, and/or preparing for upcoming collective bargaining negotiations with employee groups, with Tueth Keeney's legal services under the program being offered at a discounted rate.

Tueth Keeney is proud of its commitment to the advising and educating of school administrators on the complex and ever changing legal issues facing public schools. This partnership with the MSBA will provide member districts with quality training and assistance. For more information on this program, please visit the MSBA website by clicking here.
