Tueth Keeney shareholder Ian Cooper has been retained as lead counsel to defend an employment class action filed in Madison County, Illinois against a global, Fortune-50 company. The class action involves claims by former employees for the payment of retention bonuses. John Reynolds is assisting Ian with the defense of the case. Tueth Keeney has successfully represented clients in complex employment, commercial and tort litigation, including class actions, in Missouri and Illinois state and federal courts.
Ian Cooper is a founding Shareholder of the Firm of Tueth, Keeney, Cooper, Mohan & Jackstadt P.C. Prior to founding the Firm, Ian was a partner at Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin in its St. Louis office. Before entering private practice, Ian served as Law Clerk to the Hon. James F. Warren of the Texas Court of Appeals, First Supreme Judicial District, in Houston, Texas from 1984-1985.
