James Frazier Joins Firm’s Missouri Education Practice
 

Tueth Keeney is pleased to announce that James L. Frazier has joined the Firm as an associate. James, a 2007 graduate of Washington University School of Law, graduated in the top 10% of his class and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, he served as Student Director to the Public Service Advisory Board, and won many awards including Order of the Barristers, Public Service Law Student of the Year and the Jack Garden Humanitarian Award. James was also a finalist in the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court competition, during which he presented oral argument to a panel of judges including the Chief Justice of the United States, John G. Roberts, Jr.

James worked at the firm as a summer associate in 2006. Prior to law school, he taught at the high school and college levels for eight years. During his teaching career James taught English and composition, coached speech and debate, drove a school bus route, served as a department chair, and led the site-based management team that coordinated school-improvement plans among the teachers, administration, and community.

James Frazier works primarily in the firm’s Clayton, Missouri office and his practice is focused on Missouri education law, Higher Education, Labor and Employment, and civil litigation. We are pleased that James has joined the firm!
