Minimizing legal risks to clients and friends of the firm is an important focus of Tueth Keeney. To do so, Tueth Keeney attorneys often serve as presenters at conferences focused on risk management. Ian Cooper recently spoke at the Regional Meeting for the University Risk Management and Insurance Association in St. Louis, Missouri. The meeting was held at the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch on May 13, 2010.
Ian conducted an educational session on Campus Safety and the Clery Act. Recent acts of violence across college campuses continue to pose significant challenges to the higher education community and to university risk managers.
